PNV Construction Group works with private homes, apartments, offices, shops, salons and other commercial premises. We can join a project at the design stage, take over a defined construction package, or coordinate a complete sequence from site preparation to finishing and commissioning.
The group developed from a construction crew established in 2000. Since 2021, it has brought together specialist crews, private contractors, companies and individual professionals. This format makes it possible to select the right team for masonry, concrete, roofing, building services, finishing, inspection and project coordination without presenting every specialist as part of one oversized permanent company.
What matters before work begins
A reliable result starts with a clear brief, drawings, a realistic estimate and an agreed sequence of work. We review access, site conditions, existing structures, moisture risks, loads, utility routes and the interfaces between trades. Hidden work is documented before it is covered, and key stages are accepted against drawings and agreed quality criteria.
